Brif Bio:

Dr. Chris Friesen, Ph.D., is the director of Friesen Sport & Performance Psychology. He is a clinical, forensic, and neuropsychologist by training who now focuses on helping elite athletes and other high achievers reach their potential. He incorporates the science of sport/performance psychology, executive coaching, and cognitive neuroscience in his work those serious about their success. He’s about to publish a book on how to effectively set and achieve goals that are based on your personality, values, strengths, interests, and mission.
