  1. I really love your show, and i am a personal trainer myself, but when it comes to LCHF-diet both of you are attacking strawmen, no one who is into a high-fat diet are unaware of your objections and can answer them with well grounded arguments. For instance anyone who follows LCHF knows that protein raises insuline and therefor try to moderate their intake of this. I recommend the site dietdoctor.com, its run by a doctor from my country (Sweden) that collaborates with many known people in your field from your country as well, like Jeff Volek and Dom D’Agostino and many others. Maybe you could even have him as a guest. I also recommend “good calories bad calories” by Gary Taubes, “the big fat surprise” by Nina Teicholz among all the great books on this subject. Warm greetings from a fan in Sweden
