Had a great 45 minute workout today. Alactic Explosive Repeat Intervals with some abdominal work in between.

Warm up then…

1.Battle Ropes – 10 rounds of 12 seconds on/ 60 seconds off

2. Torso Rotation machine – 3 sets of 12 reps

3. Kettlebell Swings (70lbs) – 10 rounds of 12 seconds on/ 60 seconds off

4. Weighted Ball Crunches (50lbs) – 3 sets 12 reps

5. Explosive Pushups – 10 rounds of 12 seconds on/ 60 seconds off
