Here’s how I did it…

STEP 1: In 2019, I hired a coach to help me transform my body.

I knew what to do, but I needed accountability.

Under his guidance, I went from 20% body fat to 10% while traveling in Southeast Asia.

I achieved this while eating Pad Thai, mango, and sticky rice (a typical Thai dessert).

 

STEP 2: In 2021, I started working with business coaches.

Since then, we have gone from 5-10k/month to 20-50k/month, all while working less and enjoying our business more.

 

STEP 3: In 2021, I consulted with Manny from WellBuiltStyle to upgrade my wardrobe.

In the past, I’d buy expensive clothes that would sit in my closet because I had no idea how to put them together to form outfits.

With his help, I spent less money, bought higher-quality pieces, and learned how to put them together for any occasion.

My social media is much better for it.
