Brief Bio:

Tim Larkin is the founder and creator of Target Focus training. A former military intelligence officer, Larkin was a part of a beta group that redesigned how Special Operations Personnel trained for close combat. He has 25 year career where he has trained in 52 countries in how to deal with imminent violence. He is also the author of “Survive the Unthinkable”- a total guide to Women’s self – protection and “How to Survive the most critical 5 seconds of your life”.  Over 10,000 clients are trained in hi Target Focus Training (TFT) from Navy Seals to Soccer moms on how to use physics and physiology to injure any Human(s) trying to attack them.
