506: The 3S Method: How To Reduce Stress, Lose Weight and Maintain For Life with Ted Ryce

I bet you´re feeling pretty stressed most of the time. And why wouldn’t you? The world is a stressful place. Your business is stressful. Your career is stressful. Being a parent is stressful. And hey, your body doesn’t do what it used to.

My point is we are all under a lot of stress and stress could be stopping you from losing the fat that you want.

This is why I developed my 3S system that will help you lower stress, lose weight and keep it off.

 

#1 Stress

One of them is stress.

Now if you’re reading this, I bet you´re feeling pretty stressed most of the time.

Any why wouldn’t you? The world is a stressful place.

What’s important to know is that all of that stress could be stopping you from losing the fat that you want.

Take my client Paul, for example.

Paul was going through some major transitions in his life when we started working together.

He just sold his business, was in the middle of a book launch, was renovating a new home he just bought, and the list goes on.

While all of those things are positive, they require time and energy.

Even though he lost 10 lbs. when he first joined, his weight plateaued for an entire month when his life got hectic.

We addressed his stress levels, and like magic, his weight started dropping again.

 

#2 Strategy

Or maybe you’re like my other clients who find themselves stuck when it comes to strategy.

You might have your stress levels in check and you’re taking action.

But you’re not getting results.

You’ve tried cutting carbs, giving up your favourite foods, HIIT, IF, extreme workouts, and a list of other things.

But none of the methods you’ve tried has created the physique you want.

This was Trevor’s situation.

He worked out regularly and made good choices.

But his body fat was stuck around 17%.

After he joined my program, we did a deep dive into everything he was doing and made adjustments.

Within 4 months, he lost over 20 lbs. of body fat. Now he’s at 12% according to his latest body fat test.

He was recently told he had a perfect body by a random woman while he was on vacation in Hawaii.

Even though he’s always been fit, Trevor’s never been told that in his life.

 

#3 Sustainability

The third “S” stands for sustainability.

After we work together to dial in the strategies and keep stress in check, we make sure everything is sustainable for the long term.

While sustainability isn’t as sexy as talking about body-transforming strategies and busting stress, it’s the critical component that allows my clients to keep their results for life.

And that’s the power of my 3S method.

Strategies, stress, and sustainability.

All of this is what guarantees success for everyone based on their goals.

It’s the kind of thing that makes me jump out of bed every morning knowing that I can use my 3S system with clients to help them transform their lives.
