From Health Scare to Fit and Strong: How a 51-Year-Old Busy Executive Shed 20lbs and Transformed His Health & Life In Less Than 5 Months

Meet David, a 51-year-old executive from Canada who had a health scare and decided to take back control of his health. 

David is like most of my clients; he is successful in his career but has struggled with his weight for almost two decades. He tried all the diets and workouts on the market with little to no success.  

Although he knew the basics of losing weight and being healthy, every time life got busy, or he had an intense travel schedule, he would fall off the wagon, and it was incredibly frustrating to fail repeatedly.   

Sounds familiar?  

On top of that David’s health scare came in the form of a minor heart attack, a wake-up call that made him realize the importance of prioritizing his health.  

He knew the basics of losing weight and being healthy, but the demands of his career and travel schedule often derailed his efforts.  

It was a cycle of frustration and failure that many of you can probably relate to.  

That’s when David had a heart-to-heart talk to his wife, and they decided to hire a coach. 

In just five months, David lost almost 20lbs without spending hours at the gym or following a restrictive diet.  

Also, he went on a vacation to Costa Rica with his family and he was able to have fun and enjoy fine dining restaurants and alcohol without feeling guilty or gaining extra weight. 

Another ripple effect of his body transformation was that he felt more confident at work and as a man. 

“I’m feeling good about myself that helps when I’m working on sort of something difficult at work or whatever the case may be. Personally, I’m just feeling fit and strong. I’m not just feeling thinner.”
