David is like most of my clients; he is successful in his career but has struggled with his weight for almost two decades. He tried all the diets and workouts on the market with little to no success.

On top of that David’s health scare came in the form of a minor heart attack, a wake-up call that made him realize the importance of prioritizing his health.

In just five months, David lost almost 20lbs without spending hours at the gym or following a restrictive diet.
Also, he went on a vacation to Costa Rica with his family and he was able to have fun and enjoy fine dining restaurants and alcohol without feeling guilty or gaining extra weight.
Another ripple effect of his body transformation was that he felt more confident at work and as a man.
“I’m feeling good about myself that helps when I’m working on sort of something difficult at work or whatever the case may be. Personally, I’m just feeling fit and strong. I’m not just feeling thinner.”
