Miami Beach Personal Trainer – Get Fit For Fighting!

Hey, everyone! Hope you’re doing great!

As you may or may not know, I’ve been into martial arts for over 20 years and I’ve spent spent the last 8 training and competing in Brazilian jiujitsu. Recently, has asked me to be their Strength and Conditioning expert so I’ll be posting weekly articles, training plans and videos.
