-I did have a couple questions that I thought you might consider covering on a Ask Ted episode (By the way, they’re still my favorite). First, I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to you for basically cutting through the bullshit.

You’ve mentioned in the past that you’ve had some depression in your life. (and I’m really sorry about that). So have I. Let’s face it, almost every man gets a little depressed at least once in his life. I was wondering what the alpha male way is of dealing with depression? Do we just suck it up? Do we talk with someone? See a doctor?
