Vic Magary is a U.S. Army Infantry veteran, black belt in two martial arts, and has been helping people get fit and lose weight since 2001.  His over 13 years in the health and fitness industry include owning one of the largest martial arts schools in Columbus, Ohio for six years and helping thousands of people online through programs and services.  He lives in his hometown of Steubenville, Ohio with his golden retriever Coda.
