-Like many other people, for me, money is SUPER tight right now. Unfortunately, I’ve had to discontinue my gym membership for the time being. So, my question is, can you recommend or talk about some body weight exercises that you can recommend? Or a good combination of them that someone can do every couple of days? I don’t think you’ve addressed this before, but I could be wrong, I have a SUPER bad memory. LOL!!! Thanks Ted!! Loving the podcast, keep up the awesome work!

Here they are. Two simple (but not so easy) workouts you can do at home or on the road. No equipment needed. Enjoy learning how to get in shape from the comfort of your own home.
