As you may have heard me say before, I believe that health and fitness form the foundation for success in our lives.
So if you’re unsure of what goal to set for 2016, I suggest you start with a health goal. Specifically, with an exercise goal.
Because exercise is the best form of immediate gratification when it comes to improving your health. You may not feel it right away when you eat a kale salad.
But you can go from feeling “bad” to feeling great with a short workout.
