-Hi Ted! I’ve improved a lot on portion size and it really helped, but taking my nutrition to the next level would threaten my current selection of meals, which admittedly it’s processed food. What are some ways to find/make healthy meals that taste great. Any specifically suggestions, specially for chicken?
First of all, congrats on making changes in your life. You’ve done the first two steps. Decide to make changes to improve your life and 2. Take action. So make sure you appreciate that.

6-Easy Ways To Make Health Food More Tasty
